What is the difference between a Millennium Brand Compatible Laser Cartridge and a "Refilled' Cartridge?

Each millennium brand compatible cartridge is completely disassembled, cleaned, inspected. All worn parts are replaced and filled with the same amount of toner as called for in the original product. It is then, reassembled and print tested by our quality department. Toner cartridges that are "filled" are just that. The cartridge is opened and filled with toner. The overflow chamber may or may not be emptied, and that is all. No worn parts are replaced, significantly reducing print quality and reliability. Often, consumers are confused between the two, and assume buying an OEM cartridge is the only way to achieve consistent high quality print.
